Are all items handmade?
Every item is made to order unless noted otherwise in the listings. Our current processing time (as of January 2023) is 3-5 business days.
How do I know what size to order?
Our items run true to size. If your little one is in between sizes we always recommend sizing up.
How do I care for my apparel and/or accessories?
We recommend washing all of our apparel in a gentle cycle and laying flat or hanging to dry as much as possible.
We recommend spot cleaning all of our headbands/accessories. When necessary to wash, please use a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Our processing time starts the first business day AFTER payment clears, and does NOT include shipping time. Please take shipping time into consideration when ordering.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. Please check your items and sizes thoroughly before finalizing the purchase.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes. If you want to expedite your shipping time, add “Rush My Order” Listing to your cart.
Please keep in mind that this will expedite your order for next business day shipping, however, we are not responsible after the package has been scanned at our local shipping facilitiy.
Do you ship internationally? If so, how much is shipping?
Yes, we do! To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your information. You will receive a quote before placing an order.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on a case by case basis with a return date of 14 days of receiving item. Returned items must be in original package with no signs of wear.
Please contact with any questions or concerns in regard to your order. Items returned without prior consent will receive a restocking fee. Items will be inspected as soon as they are received.
